The
Vozza Agency was instrumental in forming many of the municipal
Joint Insurance Funds (JIFs)
that currently exist around the State including the Bergen
Municipal Fund JIF which was the first Municipal JIF formed in NJ pursuant to 40A:10.36 NJSA.
Because
we were involved with the creation of the Joint Insurance
Funds, we are thoroughly familiar with the inner workings of
JIFs and various risk management techniques for public
entities. (We are very familiar with the coverages and
legislative issues affecting municipalities as well as the
markets that provide the broadest coverage at the most
competitive prices.)
